Steve Luba - Director of Communication, Sell My Timeshare NOW
Jason Tremblay - CEO, Sell My Timeshare NOW
Steve Luba - You mention exposure, really what does that mean to the average person trying to sell a timeshare?
Jason - When we launched SellMyTimeshareNOW.com in the summer of 2003, I saw a tremendous opportunity in the timeshare resale space. I didn't see any companies really doing a terribly good job driving buyers to their companies, to their websites. So when we launched our company in the summer of 2003 our primary focus was lets figure out how to drive the buyers to our website. If we can get the buyers, well, clearly the sellers will come too. The way we've done that is through just a tremendous Internet campaign. We spend untold thousands daily through Internet advertising on search engines like Google, Yahoo, MSN and others. We also have a tremendous online marketing campaign that goes on. What that means is when you go to Google and you type something in like, buy timeshare, you are going to find that SellMyTimeshareNOW.com is the number one result in the natural results for Google. Well, doing that isn't easy. If it was easy everybody would be number one and obviously only one website can be number one. It takes a tremendous amount of resources, time and money. What we have discovered though is that has all paid off, because at the end of the day we can substantiate that 80% of our traffic, the people visiting our website, are prospective buyers and renters. In fact, we actually show our clients that, through a third party traffic tracking service that we show people when they contact us.
