Here are just five new timeshare resorts our specialists think you should keep an eye out for in 2020:

1. The Central at 5th by Hilton Club

In the spring of 2020, the excitement of New York City will be at your fingertips when you stay at The Central at 5th by Hilton Club, which is located between Madison Avenue and 5th Avenue. As Hilton Grand Vacations Club’s fifth property in the city, this resort will be 34-stories tall and offer 161 studio and one-bedroom units with on-site amenities like a fitness center, a private owners’ lounge, and an outdoor terrace that’s perfect for the warmer months. More than anything, this resort’s location is all the reason to visit. Be steps away from some of the best shopping, dining, and entertainment NYC has to offer. You’ll fall in love with the hustle and bustle of the city and knowing you can return to your comfortable accommodations each night.

2. Margaritaville on Lake Conroe

Texas will welcome its first-ever Margaritaville Resort to the shores of Lake Conroe in the third quarter of 2020. Though the brand has yet to reveal the property’s official name, they have been vigorously renovating the once La Torretta Lake Resort & Spa to make it their own and meet the Margaritaville Vacation Club standard. Their 360 guest rooms will be spread throughout a 20-story hotel tower and lake-front villas, and the resort will also feature items such as an on-site spa, golf course, tennis facilities, a number of outdoor pools, on-theme dining concepts, and more. If these amenities weren’t enough, the property will also have 186 acres of lake shoreline, including a private beach for their guests to enjoy.

3. Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort

Just 45 minutes outside of Dubai on the Arabian Gulf, guests will have the chance to experience a vacation at the beautiful Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort opening in late 2020. As part of the new Mina Al Arab luxury development, this eco-friendly property will provide owners with a plethora of water activities just a short distance from their 300 guest rooms, suites, and overwater villas. In addition to all of the water sports they’re going to offer, this Anantara resort will also have multiple dining options including an overwater Thai restaurant, direct beach access, an outdoor swimming pool, a pool bar, a health club with classes and sports courts, a spa, and a discovery and eco-center.

4. WorldMark by Wyndham in Moab, Utah

This new WorldMark by Wyndham property has an anticipated late 2020 opening that will not disappoint its guests. There will be more than 150 condo-style accommodation options available at this still unnamed property that will include one-, two, three-, and four-bedroom suites. Though the on-site amenities like an outdoor pool, a fitness center, and daily activities are a plus, the real excitement of staying at this Moab location is its proximity to two of The Mighty 5 National Parks: Canyonlands and Arches. As one of the most popular outdoor recreation areas in the southwest, visitors will have the chance to hike, bike, climb and try other activities on the city’s red rock landscape and experience all the beauty that can be found in southern Utah.

5. Four Seasons Cayo Largo

With plans to be open by late 2020 on a small group of islands off the coast of Puerto Rico, Four Seasons Cayo Largo will be located on 610 acres of beach-front property and offer 136 suites and villas available to guests. More than half of their units available will have amazing lavish features like plunge pools and panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea, but the level of luxury doesn’t stop there. On-site, guests will find there are plenty of activities and amenities including multiple communal pools, an 18-hole golf course, a world-class spa and fitness center, indoor and outdoor meeting spaces, multiple restaurants and bars, shops, a teen-center for families, and more than enough entertainment options to choose from.
