Exciting news for Disney Vacation Club enthusiasts! The top-rated vacation club has just shared plans to expand existing hotel rooms into luxury Disney Vacation Club villas at Grand Floridian Resort in Lake Buena Vista, Florida.
Villas at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort and Spa is located directly on the shores of Seven Sea Lagoon and situated conveniently on the monorail line that commutes to the Magic Kingdom Park. This new expansion project will transform Big Pine Key (building nine) from regular hotel rooms to 200 Resort Studios that comfortably sleep five guests.
The new and improved accommodations at Disney’s Grand Floridian Villas will provide great new amenities for DVC members including impressive views of Bay Lake and the sparkling Magic Kingdom.
Currently they are expected to be finalized for reservations in the summer of 2022. Dates for sales and rental booking will be released in the months to come.
