Updated RCI Membership Fees 2022

On December 4th, leading external exchange company, RCI, released their updated RCI membership fees for 2022 for both points and weeks members.

As with any membership, fees and dues will change each year and it is important to understand what costs to expect each year. RCI fees cover the basic membership, exchange benefits, and other valuable services to make the most of your vacationing lifestyle.

There aren’t too many price increases from the 2021 fees, but we still want to share this information to keep you informed!

So if you are an RCI member, here is what you need to know about the 2022 RCI membership fees.

RCI Points Fees 2022

With RCI points, you can easily exchange your timeshare with a flexible and comprehensive depositing system. The more points you have, the more travel options you have.

Additionally you can bank points, borrow points, or use points towards other travel-related costs.

You can pay an annual fee for your RCI points membership, or you can prepay for multiple years and save on membership.

• 1 year – $124
• 2 year – $229
• 3 year – $321
• 4 year – $409
• 5 year – $499

These prices have not changed in the past year.

If you want an RCI Points Platinum membership, there are additional RCI membership fees. This high-end membership offers more savings on travel activities, exclusive hotel pricing, and more. Similar to the regular RCI points, you can pay annually or pay ahead to save.

• 1 year – $89
• 2 year – $155
• 3 year – $221
• 4 year – $279
• 5 year – $322

Managing Your RCI Points

To save or extend your points, there are fees involved. This includes:

• Points Saving Fee– $36
• Points Extension (30,000 points or less) – $99
• Points Extension (more than 30,001 points) – $149

You also can protect your points to ensure a refund when the unexpected happens and you aren’t able to take your vacation. This service must be purchased 30 days or less from the date of your vacation confirmation and 15 days or more before the check-in date.

• 1-2 Nights – $69
• 3-4 Nights – $79
• 5+ Nights – $89

To protect your points 31 days or more from the date of vacation confirmation or 14 days or less from the check-in date, there are higher fees:

• 1-2 Nights – $109
• 3-4 Nights – $119
• 5+ Nights – $129

RCI Weeks Fees 2022

RCI weeks is the oldest membership option within the company. Those who love a traditional week getaway will delight in the endless options for travel opportunities through RCI.

Like points, you can pay an annual fee for your RCI weeks membership, or pay ahead for multiple years and enjoy savings.

• 1 year – $99
• 2 year – $179
• 3 year – $249
• 5 year – $399
• 10 year – $698

Also like the points, you can upgrade to RCI Weeks Platinum for an additional fee:

• 1 year – $89
• 2 year – $155
• 3 year – $221
• 4 year – $279
• 5 year – $322

Managing Your RCI Weeks Deposit

You have the option to extend your deposit window for more travel flexibility. The fees that apply are as follows:

• 1 Month Deposit Extension – $49
• 3 Month Deposit Extension – $89
• 6 Month Deposit Extension – $129
• 12 Month Deposit Extension – $149

RCI Exchange Vacations

Exchanging your week or points with RCI allows you to explore the world. Exchange costs are based on where you travel as well as how long your vacation is.

With points, you have the option to take any length of trip you want. Get away for one night or take a two-week extended trip. Weeks, as described, is limited to exchange your week for another.

• Home Resort Reservation (7 nights) – $50
• RCI Points Reservation 14+ nights – $309
• RCI Points Reservation: 7-13 nights – $239
• RCI Points Reservation: 6 nights – $229

• RCI Points Reservation: 3 nights – $109
• RCI Points Reservation: 2 nights – $79
• RCI Points Reservation: 1 night – $59
• RCI Weeks Reservation (7 nights) – $259

Miscellaneous RCI Fees

As an RCI member, you have access to a number of other great benefits. Both weeks and points members can take advantage of these additional perks for a nominal fee:

• Unit Upgrades or Changes – $49
• Guest Certificate – $99
• Last Call Vacations – $289 (studio), $319 (one-bedroom), or $349 (two-bedroom)
