Palace Resorts Timeshare Resale — Restrictions

Before January 2012, Palace Resorts and Hard Rock Resorts were all within the Palace Resorts family. After January 2012, Hard Rock was acquired by RCD Resorts and has since left the Palace Resorts inventory. Memberships purchased before this transition are considered Palace Premier members, which grants them access to both Palace Resorts and Hard Rock locations and their many benefits.

Unfortunately, Premier memberships cannot be transferred via timeshare resale and new members are not able to become Palace Premier members. Since Palace Premier members have access to both Palace resorts and Hard Rock resorts, resale buyers have the option to choose between a Palace or Hard Rock membership upon completing the sale.
