Our unit is a red time unit. All units are all two bedroom townhome units sleeping six persons. Upstairs is a master suite with a king size bed, TV, stereo, whirlpool tub, separate shower, double vanity and small deck. Downstairs is a bedroom with two twin beds, full bathroom with a stack washer and dryer, full kitchen with all appliances, dining room, living room with TV, DVD, stereo and queen sofa sleeper. All units have propane fireplaces in the living room. The patio has a propane barbecue, table and four patio chairs. Usage is annual in a floating, Holiday Plus season week.
