*RCI Affiliated Resort* Beautiful, tranquil location. Finely appointed 2 bedroom/ 1 loft, 2 bath villa that will accommodate 6 guests comfortably. Master en suite bathroom with jet tub, Full gues bathroom. Usage is annual in week 27. Maintenance fees are paid every year. On-site amenities include a 90- acre lake (adjacent to property), rowboat rental (seasonal; fees apply), fishing (BYO supplies; PA fishing license required). Although not on site, there is great selection shopping, dining & activities in a 10- mile radius of the resort. Unit amenities include the following: Telephone (all units, free long distance within the US), Full kitchen, garbage disposal, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, air conditioning, stack washer and dryer, television, DVD player, fireplace. Burning natural wood is not allowed in the fireplaces. Only Dura flame logs are acceptable, which can be purchased at local retail establishments. Recreation Center Amenities include a Game room (fees apply per game), Pool table (fees apply), Air Hockey Table (fees apply), Exercise Equipment, Indoor Pool (Heated; 30 x60; 3- 5 ft. deep), 2 Ping Pong tables (fee free), 1 Foosball Table (fee free), a Children's playground, 9 Hole mini golf ( fee free), 1 tennis Court (outdoor), a Horseshoe Pit, a Basketball Court (outdoor), a Volleyball Court (outdoor), 4 Picnic Tables, 4 Barbeque Grills (we do not provide or sell charcoal).
