Both locations feature finely appointed 2-bedroom, 3 bath Penthouse villas that will accommodate 6 guests comfortably (8 guests if squeezing every square foot). Usage is annual in a floating, red winter season week. Stunning 18-hole golf course surrounded by a beach, designed by Greg Norman @ the Pacific Dunes Location, discounts on golfing fees, can use at different locations, Pacific Dunes is 20 minutes from downtown. The Downtown Land's End Location is walking distance to the Marina where the 2 of the biggest fishing tournaments occur (that feature Michael Jordan), 5 developer weeks are also included with this package. There is also the option to break up penthouse stays to smaller lodging options for gifting or other preferential reasons - Master Suite(s), Studio Suite. Maintenance fees are paid every year.
