* The ownership entitles you to make use of Fountains I and II, as well as the Vistana Beach Club, giving the owner destination flexibility.

* The week can be broken into two or three separate holidays of 3 nights/4 nights, 2 nights/5 nights or 2 nights/2 nights/3 nights; and these shorter periods can be used across the three resorts.

* The week is a high season week, which means it can be used at Fountains I or II in weeks 1-4, 36-39 or 48-49; and it can be used at Vistana Beach Club in weeks 18-23, 36-45 or 48-49.

* All other weeks of the year, which are Prime season, can be booked at all three resorts, but at an additional cost of $25 per day.
