The membership properties can be used any time. There are NO restrictions (blackout dates) for members.

Members may stay in any Company Facilities for up to fourteen (14) consecutive days. After any stay (one night constitutes a stay) member shall leave for at least seven (7) days before returning to camp for additional stays. Campsites and Rental units are provided on a space available basis. They make every effort to ensure that all Members will be accommodated at all times. However, they do not guarantee accommodations. In the event they find it necessary to redirect any Members to their over flow area, they will provide a space once space becomes available on a first come first-served basis. We have never been turned away.

There is no limit on the contract, it is for lifetime. In fact the membership can be willed to your adult children:

Upon one members death.

Twenty year anniversary of date of purchase.

After member reaches 80 years of age.

Permanent disability of both members.

At Company’s discretion.

We are the first and only owner of this contract. Membership can be disposed of by contacting the company and informing them you no longer want the membership and you are released from the contract or you can sell.

Yearly Maintenance Fees are $449.00, unless you do not use the membership like us because we moved back to the East Coast. We have been paying a yearly $125.00 maintenance fee to keep up the contact so we can sell.

There is NOT an outstanding loan but there is a 15% transfer fee of the original purchase price of $10,995 and a documentation fee of $275.00 totaling $1,942.25. Buyer will be responsible for the transfer fee.
