After temporary closure in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the El Cid Resorts properties in the Caribbean announced a reopening date of July 1st, with new health and safety protocols in place to protect the well-being for owners, guests, and employees. Branded as the #AlwaysCommitted protocol program, examples of new resort guidelines include physical distancing enforcement, hand sanitizer dispensers located throughout the property, work surfaces and materials disinfected every two hours, and staff members to wear face masks and latex gloves at all times.
