Westgate River Ranch Resort and Rodeo has opened the doors to its newest on-site restaurant, River Ranch Cattle Company Chophouse & Bar. This fine-dining steakhouse experience is focused on Florida-grown produce and the freshest cuts of beef.

River Ranch Cattle Company offers south-style entrees and a well-rounded cocktail and wine menu to offer guests an upscale experience from start to finish. With USDA-certified Black Angus Beef being served from Aberdeen Angus Stockyard, the restaurant has created a variety of delicious entree options that highlight the meat’s exceptional quality and flavor.

• Palomilla Style Skirt Steak
