Growing Timeshare Company Doubles Their Sales Staff

SellMyTimeshareNow implements unique new employee training curriculum, as well as doubling their sales staff in response to growing demand.

Dover, NH (March 20, 2007) -- Between January and March of this year, SellMyTimeshareNow has hired 35 new sales consultants. This ramp-up effectively doubles their sales staff and increases the company's total size to 99 employees.

While most of the new employees hired in the timeshare company's Dover, NH office are already experienced in sales, SellMyTimeshareNow does not believe that selling skills alone prepare an individual with the knowledge and customer service proficiency necessary to serve the different needs of customers in the ever-changing timeshare and timeshare resales industry. For this reason, SellMyTimeshareNow's Director of Sales, Rosanne Luba, along with a select team of experienced staff members, has developed a 45-module, in-house certification program. Because of the program's design, bringing the new-hires on board does not create scheduling problems with other employees already in training. A new sales consultant simply begins with the self-contained training module currently being taught the week he or she is hired, joining other employees who may have already been enrolled in the program for several weeks or even several months.

Luba says, "Our training program is unique in the timeshare resales industry, just as our company is unique. Mrs. Luba, a native of Gympie in Queensland, Australia, has been with the company for three years and was one of SellMyTimeshareNow's first employees. Originally hired in the timeshare company's Altamonte Springs, Florida office, she describes this as her "dream job," because she says, "the caring attitude of SellMyTimeshareNow is evident at every level."
