The property is always well maintained and staff is helpful and courteous. This is a Nob Hill unit, the most spacious and luxurious type at Powell Place. A few of the Nob Hill units have a private outdoor sitting area and are often available when a booking is requested.

The location of Powell Place is one of its main attractions. Chinatown, Union Square, department and specialty stores, the Cable Cars, galleries, a wide choice of restaurants, a nearby grocery are all in walking distance.

Since this is a floating timeshare, owner has the freedom to request a desired week during the year rather than being tied to a specific week each year. Another advantage to owning this unit is it has high trading value with exchange companies such as San Francisco Exchange and RCI. During our ownership we have traveled to at least a dozen destinations, both domestic and international, by depositing our Powell Place week in a year we were not visiting San Francisco.
