The 2BR Presidential suite has an ocean view and Wi-Fi and can be "split" such that each "half" (the "big half" with a King Bed in the bedroom and kitchen/dining & sofa-sleeper in the lounge part; plus, the "smaller half" with 2 Queens and kitchen/dining) can be used separately. This allows one of the "halves" to be used and the other "half" to be deposited with Interval International. It is possible (but not required) to purchase an All-Inclusive plan for the week of the visit. Not being required to go All-Inclusive is a very nice feature. Usage is annual in week 5.
