*The Pinnacle of Luxury* Featuring a finely appointed tower loft suite that will accommodate 4 guests comfortably. Usage is annual with a floating, red season week. Vidanta is the name of the resort and is located in Nuevo Vallarta, just outside Puerto Vallarta. The unit we are selling is an Estates Tower Loft. Every unit will have a view of the ocean. The Tower is under construction, anticipated to be completed in about a year. Meanwhile, the Weeks can be exchanged for one of the following units:

A. Grand Luxxe Master Suite

B. Grand Luxxe 2 Bedroom Spa

C. Grand Bliss Master Suite

D. Grand Mayan Master Suite

E. Mayan Palace Master Suite

For the next 10 years, this week can be used 3 times per year. Afterwards, the week can be used 2 times per year for an additional 90 years, renewable every 10 years. The unit can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children under 12 years old. The Usage Fee is currently $2600/week. Exchange units each have a different Usage Fee. The week can be used any week during the year except Christmas, New Year, Holy Week, and Easter. The PGA hosts a tournament at the resort's golf course typically in March or April. An incredible amusement park called Vidanta World is under construction and is anticipated to be completed within the next few years. The resort contains several fabulous restaurants onsite, with the town of Puerto Vallarta a close 30-minute drive. RTU until 2122.
