The Valley Trail, miles and miles of paved bicycle footpaths, runs past the back door, or explore Nita Lake by canoe. Bring your bike or borrow one of the Resort's to explore the beauty of Whistler. Canoes and bikes are complimentary for guests (NOTE - conditions may restrict bike and canoe usage). Relax in the new ten person whirlpool hot tub with great views of Sproat Mountain, or loosen up in a cedar dry sauna. Next door is El Tipo's Mexican Grill, a great family friendly restaurant, and Hoz's Pub, Whistler's friendly neighborhood pub.
Featuring a finely appointed 1 bedroom, 1 bath suite that will accommodate 4 guests comfortably. Usage is annual in week 27. Maintenance fees are paid every year. RTU in perpetuity. The unit is on the fifth floor so very quiet despite overlooking the pool. It also faces the east so comfortably cool in the evening and blessed with seeing the sunrise each morning.
