The "home" property for our timeshare is actually Hotel Marina El Cid Spa & Beach Resort in Puerto Morelos, south of Cancun, which includes access to 2 other distinct properties at the same location: Ventus at Marina El Cid Spa & Beach Resort and Ventus Ha at Marina El Cid Spa & Beach Resort.
We are able to stay at any of the 3 properties with our timeshare. And, while there as a guest, you can use the services, amenities and restaurants at any of the 3 properties as it is all inclusive and they are all walking distance apart.
I think this is a very attractive feature and worth mentioning as it broadens the size of your vacation options without leaving the property. Puerto Morelos is a short bike ride or walk away and offers local dining, shopping and other features.
Also within our El Cid timeshare are their other 4 properties in Mazatlan, and one in Cozumel.
