Reserve Your Welk Timeshare
With the flexibility of a Welk timeshare, you have multiple options on how you wish you reserve your annual retreat:
- Make a reservation at your home resort
- Reserve at another Welk resort location
- Exchange your timeshare to make a reservation through Interval International
How to Reserve Welk Resorts
Whether you own Welk points or weeks, you can make your timeshare reservation at your home resort or at another Welk location by simply calling Welk Resorts up to fifteen months prior to your check-in day. Platinum Points owners who wish to stay for less than a full week may make their reservations up to four months in advance.
How to Reserve With Interval International
If you have purchased an Interval International membership and wish to exchange your Welk timeshare through the external network, simply deposit your timeshare with II, and find a qualified II-affiliated resort stay to exchange with. From there, Interval will assist you with reserving your resort exchange.

Welk Resorts Cancellation Policy
Canceled reservations will be charged a $50 fee. Platinum Points owners who cancel the reservation more than two months before the check-in day will receive a full refund of all points.
