The ownership is floating time year-around except the week of Christmas, New Year's, Holy Week, and Easter. Usage frequency is 3 weeks each year. One week expires in December of 2029 and the other two weeks can be extended for more than 90 years (until December of 2119). Buyer may receive a title fee credit.
