*Iron Blosam Lodge* is a beautiful property located in Utah's Wasatch Mountains, only 26 miles from downtown Salt Lake City! This is truly is a year-round resort. The area is famous for dry-powder snow from late November to March, followed by excellent spring skiing to May, if conditions permit. The resort has 85 runs, with 3,100 vertical feet of skiing. *What you're getting* The units are R406 & R505 Fixed Week 48. These are the premium rooms in the lodge and there are only two others like it. The rooms are a lockout configuration so if you are not using the other space, use it for rental income - but if you have family and friends there's plenty of room for 8. The larger space has full kitchen and bar, large picture windows for a great view. The units are large and have recently been updated.
*Details* 406 is a two-level Suite King (SUK) sleeps 6 and has a full kitchen. 505 is Bedroom A (BRA) which feels more like a nice hotel type unit and sleeps 4. They are located on a corner and have an outside deck. They are quiet spaces so after a long day on the slopes you can kick back and dig into that book or even catch a nap!
