Featuring a well maintained finely appointed 2-bedroom, 2-bath suite, that will accommodate 6 guests comfortably. Option to lock-out into 2 1-bedroom, 1-bath units (1 unit with murphy-bed, sofa-bed, full bathroom, kitchen, dining table, living room with fireplace, and 2 balconies; and one with king size bed, balcony and full bathroom). Annual usage during week 13 (or trade for another week and/or location). This property is an east end unit on the second floor, with 3 balconies for nice mountain and wildlife views. Elevators available for handicapped (and others) access between floors, in addition to stairways. Parking available on north side of Inn with secure access to the ground floor.
Inn located just off US 40 on the south side of Granby, CO, on the road to nearby Granby Ranch (www.granbyranch.com) offering skiing, snowboarding, and golf facilities; along with biking, hiking and cross-country skiing trails and fishing. Just 30-45 minutes south on US 40 provides access to Fraser and the Winter Park and Mary Jane Ski Areas near the Continental Divide. Other ski areas are a little further away. Lake Granby, Grand Lake, and Rocky Mountain National Park are just north of Granby on US 34. Enjoy Hot Sulphur Springs and scenic Byers Canyon just west of Granby on US 40. A little further west on US 40 takes you to Steamboat Springs, Dinosaur National Monument, and Salt Lake City. Wyoming is further north of Granby over the Continental Divide on CO 125 & 127. Abundant wildlife and scenic views in all directions from Granby, CO. Roads are plowed and well maintained during winter months (except the road over the mountain through Rocky Mountain National Park which is only open from June through September).
Enjoy swimming and/or relaxing in the jacuzzies during the day and/or under the stars in the evening at the heated year-round swimming pool and jacuzzies. The Inn offers a fitness center with exercise and weight rooms and indoor and outdoor athletic courts. Meeting rooms and banquet facilities are also available upon request. Restaurants and stores (ski and snowboard rentals, food, and clothing) are located inside and near the Inn. You can also buy groceries and other merchandise at the shopping center just across US 40. A variety of stores and very good restaurants also located just minutes away in downtown Granby. Fraser also offers other activities, shopping, and dining opportunities. Should you need it, a medical facility (hospital) is located between the Inn and downtown Granby. All the conveniences of home while staying up in the mountain wilderness.
Highway access to Granby via I-70 and US 40. Other transportation services include AMTRAK station stops in downtown Granby (you can make arrangements with the Inn to pick you up and/or drop you off at the AMTRAK station) and Fraser (there is limited local bus service from Fraser to the INN and Granby). The INN is only 2 scenic hours from Denver International Airport (weather permitting). Car rental agencies and a small airport are also available in both Granby and Fraser.
