Owners are hosted by the resort to a weekly party. There is a very talented live band playing that owners dance to. The owners enjoy free food and drinks at this party. It is very lively and fun. Owners are treated like a VIP at this party. There is a free shuttle service from our Residence Resort to the Marina. From the marina, you cross the street and you are in downtown Cabo San Lucas. The shuttle runs from the resort to the marina morning to evening hours. Free Wi-Fi is offered. There are pickle ball and tennis courts for owners to use. You can practice golf at the chipping area that has several greens that you can chip onto and practice putting and chipping. The resort area is huge. It has many restaurants. It is nice to walk the resort at night and enjoy the peaceful nights. We sat by a firepit one night and shared it with one other owner. I was able to swim my laps in the very large swimming pool shared by the owners during peak hours. There are not many people at this resort because it is mostly exclusive to owners.
