Qualifications:

• Strong internet and computer software skills required (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Proven customer service and strong phone skills
• Highly motivated and detail oriented
• Timeshare knowledge helpful but not required - telephone sales experience required
• Excellent oral/written communication skills
• Process customer requests according to established department policies and procedures.
• Hours rotate every two weeks/2 shifts:
  • Monday - Thursday 2-10pm, Friday 11:00-7:00
  • Monday - Thursday 2-10pm, Friday 2:00-6:00pm and Sunday 6:00-10:00

• Proven telephone sales experience required
• Timeshare knowledge a definite plus
• Excellent oral/written communication and customer service skills

• Highly motivated and detail oriented
• Hours rotate every two weeks:
  • Monday - Thursday 12:00pm to 8:00pm, Friday-11:30am to 5:30pm, Sunday 5:00pm to 9:00pm
  • Monday - Thursday 12:00pm to 9:00pm, Friday 12:00pm to 6:00pm
