Inside Sales Consultant

Location: Exeter, NH
Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
Department: Sales

Are you self-motivated, fearless, passionate about success, and have a positive attitude? If so, we want to talk to you!

Make an immediate impact in an entrepreneurial environment and work with a fun, dedicated team. Warm leads are provided; there is NO cold calling in this role. Our successful Sales Consultants earn upwards of $55k, and there is no cap on what you can make. Our top Sales Consultants earn six figures.

Responsibilities:

  • Call qualified leads with opportunity to close sale
  • Maintain lead tracking database
  • Attend all weekly Sales meetings

Requirements:

  • Highly motivated, self-starter, positive attitude, results oriented, persuasive, assertive
  • Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Must be energetic, outgoing, tenacious, goal oriented and a natural closer!
  • Strong internet and computer software skills
  • Proven customer service and strong phone skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous phone or retail sales experience
  • Previous call center background a definite plus

Customer Care Representative

Location: Exeter, NH

We are looking for a Customer Care Representative to join our team. If you have superior customer service skills, experience using a multi-line phone system, and are organized and dependable, then this full-time position could be ideal for you!

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls on a multi-line phone system
  • Place outbound calls
  • Offer high level customer service by identifying and resolving customer issues
  • Process requests for changes to customers' advertisements on our website
  • Perform general administrative duties

Requirements:

  • Strong Internet and computer software skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Proven ability to multitask
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Clear and pleasant speaking voice
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including some nights and/or weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior work experience as a Receptionist, Customer Service Representative, or Administrative Assistant
  • MUST HAVE at least one year of experience working with a multi-line telephone system handling five lines or more
