• FL Real Estate License Required
• Internet and basic computer software skills
• Proven track record in sales and strong phone skills
• Highly motivated and detail oriented
• Timeshare experience helpful but not required
• Excellent oral/written communication skills

Hours are:

• Monday & Thursday - 11:30am - 7:00pm
• Friday - 10:30am to 6:00pm
• Some weekends will apply

Come join our Rental Specialist Team as a Timeshare Rental Vacation Specialist. We provide paid comprehensive training ensuring your success. Our successful Vacation Specialists earn upwards of $50K their first year! During the training period, we pay an hourly rate, and the role becomes straight commission thereafter.

Responsibilities:

• Pre-Qualify Offers
• Negotiate Rental Price
• Search Availability within Inventory
• Correspondence with Industry Network
• Send out Rental Agreements to Renter and Owner

Qualifications:

• FL Real Estate License Required
• Highly Motivated, Self Starter
• Phone sales background ideal
• Computer knowledge in (Word, Excel, Outlook) a plus
• Ideal candidate will possess key sales skills: overcoming objections and effective negotiating
• Must be willing to work Monday - Thursday 9am - 6 pm or 11am – 8pm; Friday 10 am - 6 pm and weekend leads available
• Timeshare or travel industry experience preferable, Travel Agent experience a plus
• Bi-lingual Spanish a plus
