Closing Coordinator
Closing Coordinators are responsible for preparing, organizing, disbursing, following through with all necessary paperwork to ensure timely accurate timeshare closings.
- Submits contracts to buyers and sellers
- Deeds to Seller and Buyer with pre-closing statement
- Requests escrow from Buyers
- Notifies Resort of ownership change
- Requests Estoppels and Right of First Refusal from resorts
- Mailing maintenance fees and mortgage payoffs
Qualifications:
- Timeshare industry preferred but not required
- Highly motivated, detail oriented
- Proven ability to multi task
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel
- Experience with mail merge
Client Care Specialist
As a member of the client care team you will be responsible for the following:
- Answering inbound telephone calls as well as placing outbound calls
- Perform high level Customer service/data entry
- Providing Clients with timeshare closing information
- Updating Clients contact information
- Ad changes per Clients request via the website
- Proactively and creatively identify and solve Customer/Client issues
- Forwarding all inquiries and offers to Client via email or telephone
- Use computer applications (Excel & Word) to retrieve data, access information and edit timeshare ads
- Follow-up on all issues with Clients to ensure corrections are made and all solutions are implemented.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year exceptional customer service experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must
- Attention to detail, organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook
- Proven ability to meet deadlines, multi-task, and effectively prioritize daily work-load
IT Manager
As a department leader the IT Manager will be responsible for leading the IT team in its endeavors to:
- Manage and develop system plans to ensure that the network configuration corresponds to the company's plans for future expansion and has the highest degree of performance and security at all times.
- Ensure that processes and systems are developed and maintained to provide required information for the company's decision makers and users.
- Manage the development and ongoing maintenance of IT hardware and software, including online security.
- Interact with management, clients and vendors. Communicates to receive and transmit complex information.
- Ensure the efficient operation of file servers, communication workstations and backup systems as well as communication switches and equipment. Ensures ongoing network monitoring, maintenance, enhancements and troubleshooting.
Qualifications:
- 7 or more years of IT experience and 3 or more years of management experience.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skill including excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Supervisory experience and strong presentation skills are preferred
- Makes customers and their needs a primary focus of one's actions; develops and sustains productive customer relationships.
- Solid decision making abilities
- College education computer information/ information technology or related discipline or IT certifications required
Executive Administrative Assistant
The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the two co-founders.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to administrative support such as coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, calendar and file maintenance, preparing communications to field offices, creating spreadsheets and presentations, managing expense reports, and processing incoming/outgoing correspondence. Additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Advanced knowledge of HTML
- CSS- Cascading Style Sheets
- Familiar with LAMP- Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP
- Familiarity with a scripting language: JavaScript, C, C#, Python, PERL, etc.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills including excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Associates or BS degree in computer science or minimum 3 years computer programming experience.
