Vacation Specialist
Come join our Rental Specialist Team as a Vacation Specialist. We provide paid comprehensive training ensuring your success. Our successful Vacation Specialists earn on average $36K - $56K their first year! During the training period, we pay an hourly rate, and the role becomes commission only thereafter.
Responsibilities:
- Pre-Qualify Offers
- Negotiate Rental Price
- Search Availability within Inventory
- Correspondence with Industry Network
- Send out Rental Agreements to Renter and Owner
Qualifications:
- Highly Motivated, Self starter
- Phone sales background would be ideal
- Proficient computer skills a must (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ideal candidate will possess skills in overcoming objections and exceptional negotiating skills
- Timeshare or travel industry experience preferable
- Prior history with commission only based positions preferred
- Must be able to pass a background check

Customer Care Specialist
As a member of the Customer Care team you will be responsible for the following:
- Answering inbound telephone calls as well as placing outbound calls
- Perform high level Customer service/data entry
- Providing Customers with timeshare closing information necessary
- Updating Customers contact information
- Ad changes per Customers request via the website
- Proactively and creatively identify and solve Customer issues
- Forwarding all inquiries and offers to Client via email or telephone
- Use computer applications (Excel & Word) to retrieve data, access information and edit timeshare ads
- Follow-up on all issues with Customer to ensure corrections are made and all solutions are implemented.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year exceptional customer service experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must
- Attention to detail, organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook
- Proven ability to meet deadlines, multi-task, and effectively prioritize daily work-load
Hours will be a rotating shift, 9 am - 9 pm, Monday - Thursday, and Friday 9 am - 5 pm, with the possibility of a short shift on Sundays.
