SEM Director

Sell My Timeshare NOW and its family of websites provides advertising tools and marketing services to assist owners with timeshare resale and rental options. Sell My Timeshare NOW is seeking a Search Engine Marketing Director. The Director of Search Marketing will be responsible for developing landing pages according to industry best practices, working with outside agencies collaborating on strategic goals, and holding them accountable for achieving results. Additionally, the SEM Director will stay current on changing technology and trends, and contribute to web team discussions about future direction and additions.
Responsibilities:
- Development and management of search marketing (SEM) plans to meet departmental goals.
- Negotiate contracts, monitor results and optimize accordingly in order to generate high-quality, cost effective ROI.
- Manage and optimize Sell My Timeshare NOW's paid search listings across a range of paid search suppliers, making both supplier and implementation recommendations for continual improvement.
- Continually leverage new tools and industry best practices to ensure Sell My Timeshare NOW remains an outstanding benchmark for both paid and natural search performance.
- Propose new initiatives to ensure continued traffic growth and lead flow to company's websites and landing pages.
- Document and reinforce web design protocol with development teams for designing search friendly web applications.

Qualifications/Requirements:
- 10 years professional experience with 5-7 years of solid experience in search engine marketing (paid search).
- Strong analytical skills; must understand how to calculate ROI, CPA and CPL.
- Responsible for all aspects of keyword management, including driving traffic and transactions involved with keyword generation.
- Experience executing optimal bidding strategies.
- Pay per click campaign experience a must.
- Solid understanding of HTML, and understand how web pages are built.
- Direct hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns with the major and second tier search engines, and have experience in simultaneously managing the SEO efforts for multiple websites.
- Excellent multi-tasking, interpersonal, customer service and management.

Customer Care Specialist
As a member of the Customer Care team you will be responsible for the following:
- Answering inbound telephone calls as well as placing outbound calls
- Perform high level Customer service/data entry
- Providing Customers with timeshare closing information necessary
- Updating Customers contact information
- Ad changes per Customers request via the website
- Proactively and creatively identify and solve Customer issues
- Forwarding all inquiries and offers to Client via email or telephone
- Use computer applications (Excel & Word) to retrieve data, access information and edit timeshare ads
- Follow-up on all issues with Customer to ensure corrections are made and all solutions are implemented.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year exceptional customer service experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must
- Attention to detail, organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook
- Proven ability to meet deadlines, multi-task, and effectively prioritize daily work-load

Help Desk Technician
As part of our talented IT staff, the Help Desk Technician will be responsible for performing varied support for our PC-driven call center and administrative staff. Please note this is an hourly paying position.
List of Responsibilities:
- PC hardware setup and repair
- Troubleshooting PC software setup
- Software/hardware moves/additions & installations
- Proactively maintaining hardware and software
- Solving user problems
- Monitoring help desk requests and communicating resolution of requests
- Responding to emails or phone calls requesting IT assistance
- This position will require the ability to assess priorities and communicate with employees who have computer issues.
Qualifications for Position:
- Minimum two years professional help desk experience
- Possess an Associate's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent in a related discipline (bachelors preferred)
- Computer literacy sufficient to troubleshoot basic Windows 2000/XP, MS Office, and email/browser issues
- Working knowledge of PC's internal components, installation, and troubleshooting ability is required
- Self-starters and good communicators are ideal for this role
- Willingness to learn new skills, respond quickly, work well in team environment, and take direction from more experienced members of the team.
- Proven analytical, trouble shooting and customer service skills coupled with excellent written/oral communication skills are a must.
- The ability to work weeknights and overtime as deemed necessary to meet business needs.
