Part of the Four Seasons Resort Costa Rica at Peninsula Papagayo, the luxurious Four Seasons Residence Club Costa Rica at Peninsula Papagayo villas (along with the wholly-owned Four Seasons Private Residences also available at this location) provide a private hillside home away from home for world-weary travelers.

The 29 stand-alone two and three-bedroom Residences — each with a full kitchen and laundry facilities — were designed with an emphasis on elegance and privacy and are located about five to ten minutes (walking) from the resort's hotel section and general amenities; guests can also take advantage of golf carts to access the resort’s main facilities.

The Four Seasons Residences in Costa Rica were originally sold as fractional interests of 1/12 shares (4 weeks). Depending on availability, you may be able to find smaller shares — including single timeshare weeks — for sale or for rent on the resale market.

Check-in time at this resort is 3:00 pm; check-out time is 12:00 pm.
