Maui Sunset utilizes only the finest construction materials for low maintenance, with fireproofing and sound absorbing material utilized in all floors, ceilings, and common walls. Each condominium features custom draperies, wall coverings and plush wall-to-wall carpeting. The units also feature large living rooms and entertainment areas...and are fully equipped with a cable TV and VCR, continuous clean range-oven, frost free refrigerator, dishwasher, disposal and washer dryer combination.
All living and sleeping areas are air conditioned, but ceiling fans and fresh breezes naturally cool the units. The kitchen and linens are fully stocked. Additional maid service can be arranged if desired. The one bedroom units have two baths and comfortably sleeps 4-5, while the two bedroom units sleep 6-7.
