Palace Resorts Reservation Cancellation
Palace Resorts updates their cancellation policy to match the current Use Year. Typically, reservations can be cancelled up until four days prior to arrival with no penalty and one-night penalty for cancellations made within three days of arrival but there are a handful of weeks that have different policies due to holidays and high demand. For these specific weeks of vacationing, there is free cancellation up until 21 days prior to arrival with no penalty with a three-night penalty for reservations cancelled within 20 days of arrival. Early Departure Policy
Similar to cancellations, Palace Resorts updates their policy dates to match the current Use Year. Typically, if you decide to check-out prior to your intended check-out date, there will be a one-night penalty fee added to your bill. For specific high-demand and holiday weeks, there will be a three-night penalty fee added. Any remaining balances after these penalties are applied will be reimbursed 14-21 business days after departure.
