To begin, there is a lot to say and love about the Estates Tower Empire suites, the surrounding Vidanta Resort and all the varied experiences you and your family and friends can see and do there that will make for a memorable vacation for all ages. Below are some basics describing what is being offered for sale, plus highlights of the suite itself and the Vidanta property. We, Vidanta Platinum owners, can add both tranquility and excitement to you and your family’s precious together time, with something for everyone. We are offering this sold-out 2 bedroom, 3 bath Empire Tower Estates suite, accommodating 8 adults and 2 children, for sale due to a contract upgrade. This suite is available only through purchase from current owners.

The Estates Tower Empire suites are within a 9 story high-rise building that is still under construction at this time, with occupancy scheduled for December, 2024. In the meantime, you can choose to stay in either the 4 bedroom Residence, 3 bedroom Loft, the 2 bedroom Empire Estates or other concepts. You will continue to have these choices even after the building is completed.

The enormous two-bedroom 3,000+ square foot end-unit suites will occupy floors 2 - 5 of this building, with only 4 suites per floor, all ocean facing. The building itself will feature a roof top pool with food and beverage service plus access to all other exclusive Estates pools resort-wide. Additionally you will experience personalized cart service to get you anywhere you want to go, when you want to go, throughout the resort.

This suite itself will be exquisitely appointed, consistent with Vidanta’s usual level of elegance, which you will find especially sumptuous in the Estates Tower Empire suites. Beside the comfortably huge living space, the suite offers a relaxing deck overlooking Banderas Bay, as well as a majority of the resort, with a nicely furnished seating area from which you can enjoy a front row seat to the splendor of ocean sunsets. Additionally, this outdoor space offers both a private plunge pool and separate lap pool for your personal enjoyment.

The suite itself offers both bedrooms with king-size beds, spacious closets and separate lounging area. The more spacious bedroom offers a jacuzzi tub and fully appointed kitchen and dining area. The smaller bedroom area offers a lock-out option separating the two areas if desired, with self-sustaining mini-kitchen and dining area. The private plunge pool is aligned with this side of the suite.

For those who love the water. There are two tranquil, exclusive Estates pools a short cart ride across the river, offering food and refreshment services. One of the pools caters to children with activities. There are also multiple pools in other areas of the resort, with one specifically for Estates members close to the beach featuring shady palapas, comfy seating, poolside food and drink service and gorgeous ocean views.

And let’s not forget Banderas Bay itself, one of the largest ocean bays in the world and where you can walk along or swim in the mostly gentle ocean waters (life guards on duty) and/or simply watch the wondrous, colorful and ever changing sunsets from or near water’s edge.

The resort is approximately a 30 minute cab ride to the heart Puerto Vallarta’s Malecon, a non-trafficked walkable road adjacent to the Bay and filled with shops, restaurants, street performers and more. It is also but a short taxi ride to the shops, restaurants, bank and hospital in Nuevo Nayarit-Vallarta.
