Luxurious Empire Estates 3,500+ sq ft 2 Bedroom Villa is your gateway to your dream vacations. This flexible Estates 2 Bedroom Empire Villa at Vidanta resorts features a finely appointed 2 bedroom, 3 bath home with a private pool and veranda that will accommodate 8 guests comfortably. Usage is annual with 6 weeks a year for the next 9 years & 4 weeks a year for the remaining 90 years. RTU until 2122. These units are sold out and available only through current owners. This villa is available due to a contract upgrade.
This contract has no required annual maintenance fees. Usage fees are paid upon placing your reservations and are determined by the type and size of unit reserved. Reservations are available 12 months in advance and unused reservations can be rolled over to the following year. Owners may rent unused weeks for additional income.
This is a Founder's Contract, which gives the owner the right to all current and future resorts as well as the ability to switch to smaller units within the Estates. The contract also gives the option to switch to smaller Grand Luxxe units within the resorts. When using smaller units, additional weeks can be reserved. For example, one of your weeks can be used to reserve a Grand Luxxe 2 bedroom villa and a 1 bedroom villa. If you need more space you can reserve a 4 bedroom Grand Luxxe Residence.
This is a Charter Member contract which gives the owner the ability to split suites, preference for ocean view and discounted reservation fees.
This contract comes with Platinum Benefits, which includes a butler service, personal concierge, preferred restaurant reservations, dedicated reservation line, access to the full resort with no restrictions and a personal shuttle driver.
This contract comes with Golf Benefits with six free rounds and a discounted $43 for additional rounds at exclusive PGA caliber courses. Additional benefits include two for one 50-minute massages, use of all the facilities within the gym and spa free of charge, free in room internet access, free use of the tennis court facilities and towels, and preferred tee times.
To enhance your vacations this contract includes an Ultimate Entertainment Super Pass for the new Vidanta World EPIC theme park and Vidanta water parks.
The Estates includes Free Lifetime membership to ThirdHome where you can trade your week(s) for High-end Villas around the world.
