Eagle s Nest Resort on Marco Beach overlooks the Gulf of Mexico on Florida s southwest coast. It is the crown jewel of luxury beachfront condos, which line the island s crescent beach of white-silver sand and breath taking sunsets. Vibrant tropical gardens, clay-tiled roofs and the soothing sound of its courtyard fountain create a setting with the feel of a coastal Mediterranean village.

The complex was completely refurbished and upgraded following the damages from hurricane Wilma in the Fall of 2005.

The two bedroom, two bath condo, accommodates six adults and has a fully equipped modern kitchen with center island, separate living room and dining area, master king size bedroom with two vanities, bath tub and shower, guest bedroom with twin beds and separate bath, large screened lanai and laundry facilities within the unit. Two elevators operate within the ten-story structure.

Other on-site amenities include an award winning heated swimming pool and two outdoor whirlpool spas surrounded by a tropical garden, lighted tennis courts, indoor racquetball, volleyball and basketball court, advanced exercise/weight room with home gym, treadmills, cycles, elliptical/stepper and dry sauna. Also included is a library, game room with ping-pong, pool tables and ice machine. A convenience store with groceries, sundry items, souvenirs and apparel is located in the lower level. Sports equipment is available on loan for all activities.

Unit 404 is available for rent during Week 27 from Friday to Friday, July 6th to 13th, 2012, at a reduced weekly rate of $1,400, ($350 less than the standard rental rate of $1,750 including state and local tax).
