"This is beachfront property in Dennisport, Cape Cod, Mass. The beach is private and there is also an indoor/outdoor pool, grills, golf, and a private hot tub on the balcony of this one bedroom apartment. Inside there is a gas fireplace that is easily controlled by a remote, a sofa that pulls into a bed, and a kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, and table. Silverware and dishes are there for you to use as well as a dishwasher so you won't need to get your hands dirty. The usage week is interval 13, which is usually the last week in March and the first week in April. This can easily be switched to a different week there or somewhere else with Interval International. You will actually own this timeshare and with it you can use the grounds and beach all year long for no price. They give you a discount on the rooms during the rest of the year, too!"
