*Americana Village* is a beautiful, wooded timeshare property with lush green lawns, colorful flowerbeds, and a tranquil solarium with a waterfall. Located in gorgeous South Lake Tahoe, the Village features a heated outdoor pool, whirlpool, dry sauna, solarium, and recreation area. The resort's pro shop can supply snow saucers and equipment for a variety of different sports. Bicycles are available for a countryside tours May through September, weather permitting. For warm-weather activity, the resort is only a mile from Lake Tahoe and 40 miles from the Truckee River, which offers white-water rafting. In winter, there is great skiing at the Heavenly Valley Ski Resort, or visit one of the 22 ski areas within driving distance and for night owls, casinos and restaurants are abundant!
