The resort does not have an elevator and all two bedrooms are located on the third floor. None of the units at this resort have air-conditioning, but do have ceiling fans and, most times of the year, a steady tradewind is present. The two bedroom units have their own washers and dryers while complimentary laundry facilities are available onsite for other units. Although there are no barbecue grills on unit decks (lanais), a common barbecue area is available next to the pool. ResortNet, WorldMark’s hi-speed internet service, is available in all units for a small fee. The resort amenities include an unheated pool, a hot tub, and a tennis court. Although the resort is on the beach the area in front of the resort is not suitable for swimming. However, there are a number of beach options within an easy walk or drive away.
