How Does a Palace Resorts Timeshare Membership Work?
Palace Resorts memberships are Right To Use (RTU), which is ideal for vacationers who don't want to deal with the logistics of deeded timeshares that never expire. They are all-inclusive and have amazing accommodations that can be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
What Does This Mean?
Members purchase a certain number of weeks for the duration of their timeshare contract, which can be used at their various locations (excluding The Grand and Le Blanc) whenever and for as long as desired. How you decide to divide your remaining vacation time depends on how many weeks you purchased and many years remain in your Palace contract.

Palace Elite Versus Palace Premier
Palace Resorts and Hard Rock resorts were all part of the Palace Resorts family until January 2012. Today, the Hard Rock resorts are owned by RCD Resorts, and Hard Rock timeshares and memberships are purchased separately from Palace Resorts. Timeshare owners who purchased before January 2012 hold the status of Palace Premier and have access to Palace Resorts and Hard Rock properties, as well as discounts and perks available for each vacation. This is a non-transferable timeshare program.
Members purchasing a Palace Resorts membership today are Palace Elite members. These members have access to all Palace resorts as well as discounts and perks equal to Palace Premier resorts members. Both Palace Premier and Palace Elite memberships may be upgraded to VIP status, which gives members access to larger suites at the resorts.
