Established in 1994, Amber Vacation Club is a deeded points-based timeshare that became part of the Diamond Resorts family of brands just a few years ago. Before Diamond Resorts’ acquisition of Amber Vacation Club in 2018, the small brand had 13,500 owners and two properties, Sunrise Ridge Resort and Alhambra at Poinciana (Ahamra Villas). Since joining Diamond Resorts nearly three years ago, Amber Vacation Club has expanded its portfolio to include three other resorts located in Tennessee and Florida for its owners to trade their weeks. In addition to internal exchange, owners can also purchase memberships to the world’s largest external timeshare exchange program, RCI which has more than 4,000 resorts in 100 destinations in its inventory.

Alhambra at Poinciana and Alhambra Villas — Kissimmee, Florida

Vacationers return to this central Florida resort for its abundance of on-site conveniences like its Olympic-size heated swimming pool, shuffleboard courts, playground, children’s swimming pools, and well-lit tennis courts. One- and two-bedroom suites are available to sleep anywhere from four to six guests equipped with full kitchens, living and dining areas, in-unit washers and dryers, and king beds.

If the amenities weren’t enough, one of the most attractive features of this resort is its proximity to some of the most popular resorts in the world including Disney World, SeaWorld Orlando, and Universal Orlando. It is also close to a number of dining options, bars, nightclubs, family activities, and more.

Casa Del Mar Beach Resort — Ormond Beach, Florida

Located on one of Florida’s most treasured beaches, Casa del Mar Resort provides breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean from many of its studio, one-, and two-bedroom suites. These units often include features like king beds, private balconies, ocean or street views, full bathrooms, and either partial kitchenettes or full kitchens depending on their size.

In addition to the in-room amenities, the property has direct beach access, a beachside pool, a sun deck, an outdoor hot tub, a bar and lounge, and an activities program for children. Nearby, guests can also enjoy multiple local parks, outdoor activities for the whole family, and a short drive to other favorite Florida cities like Daytona Beach or St. Augustine.

Oakmont Resort — Pigeon Forge, Tennessee

In the mountains of Tennessee is the preferred Oakmont Resort where vacationers can enjoy a truly relaxing getaway in one- and two-bedroom accommodations which typically include amenities like whirlpool tubs, full kitchens, living areas, dining areas, king beds, and multiple bathrooms for the larger units.

Sunrise Ridge resort— Pigeon Forge, Tennessee

As another one of Pigeon Forge’s preferred resorts, Sunrise Ridge is a great place for family and friends to gather as the resort offers one-bedroom suites, two-bedroom suites, cottages, and duplexes. These units often have impressive features like fireplaces, kitchens, private balconies, laundry machines, and more.

On-site amenities include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, hot tubs, and a full-service fitness center. Just a short drive down the road from Oakmont Resort and Sunrise Ridge in beloved Gatlinburg is Tree Tops Resort, a property providing guests with spacious one- and two-bedroom suites within-unit features such as fireplaces, private patios or balconies, full kitchens, and whirlpool tubs.

On-site, visitors can utilize the property’s three outdoor swimming pools, indoor swimming pool, putting green, gym, racquetball court, and dry sauna. When they want to explore the city, Gatlinburg has plenty to do and see with access to Great Smoky Mountain National Park, Ober Gatlinburg cable car rides, the Gatlinburg Space Needle, a Ripley’s Believe It or Not! museum, or the World of Illusions.
