Stay at Disney’s Riviera Resort Starting December 2019

The newest Disney Vacation Club Resort, Disney’s Riviera Resort, is now accepting reservations for guests to stay at the property beginning in 2019. Disney’s Riviera Resort is the 15th resort in the DVC network and will allow guests to experience the splendor of the European Riviera.

About Disney’s Riviera Resort

Disney’s Riviera Resort is inspired by Walt and his wife Lillian’s travels through Europe and the Mediterranean coastline, from France to Italy. Walt Disney was also a huge fan of European art, architecture, and food. These factors have greatly inspired the layout and theme of Disney’s Riviera Resort.

The European and old-world themes paired with the magic of Disney will be evident to guests throughout the property. From walking into the resort with a palm tree-lined boulevard with grand archways and water features, to a grand oval lobby that will offer stunning resort lawn and lake views, guests will be taken aback by the beauty and charm of Disney’s Riviera Resort.

Disney’s Riviera Resort Accommodations

This new Disney Vacation Club resort is set to have 300 family-friendly suites with studios, one-, and two-bedroom villas, as well as grand villas that will accommodate up to 12 guests.

Disney’s Riviera Resort will also offer a brand new style of accommodations known as tower studios, which will sleep two guests. These intimate units will offer a private balcony with seating for two and stunning scenic views.

The deluxe studios will accommodate five guests and will come equipped with kitchenettes. The one-, two-bedroom, and grand villas will offer extra amenities such as large kitchens, open living and dining areas, en-suite luxury bathrooms with soaking tubs, laundry machines, and a private porch or balcony.

Dining at Disney’s Riviera Resort

Topolino, the Italian name for Mickey Mouse, will also be the name for the table-service restaurant located on the rooftop of Disney’s Riviera Resort. Topolino’s Terrace – Flavors of the Riviera, will offer authentic French and Italian dishes. Guests dining at the restaurants will be able to take in stunning views of the nighttime spectacular at Epcot or Disney Hollywood Studios. Inside, guests can watch their meal being prepared at the expo kitchen or wood burning grill. Topolino’s Terrace will also offer a character breakfast experience for families with dining inspired by the Riviera.

Disney’s Riviera Resort will also offer a combo morning cafe and evening wine bar in the lobby called Le Petit Cafe. There will also be a quick-service eater, Primo Piatto, located near the pool and Bar Riva.

Disney’s Riviera Resort Guest Perks

Staying at the Disney’s Riviera Resort will also give you a new way to travel to Epcot of Disney’s Hollywood Studios via the Disney Skyliner. This state-of-the-art gondola system will begin operating this fall and allow guests to enjoy the views at they venture to the parks. The system will also connect to Disney’s Art of Animation Resort, Disney’s Pop Century Resort, and Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort.
