Four Seasons Napa Valley Resort and Residences is Officially Open

Located on the northern side of the Valley in the beautiful town of Calistoga, the highly anticipated Four Seasons Napa Valley opened its doors and began welcoming guests to its property on November 1, 2021. As the first resort to have a working on-site winery in Napa Valley, this Four Seasons resort is anticipated to be a go-to destination for wine-lovers, and travelers seeking a truly high-end vacation experience.

Accommodations

Four Seasons Napa Valley features 85 beautifully appointed rooms, suites, and villas. These accommodations are decked out in a modern farmhouse-chic design with natural materials, simple lines, neutral color palettes, and upscale decor.

The rooms can vary from 480-530-square-feet with either king beds or two double beds, wet-room-styled bathrooms with soaking tubs, private bars with wine refrigerators, fireplaces, private balconies or terraces, as well as either mountain views, vineyard views, or resort landscape views.

The one-bedroom suites are approximately 960-square-feet located on the first and second floors with all the same features as the studio options but with living areas, dining areas, and vaulted ceilings. There are also three two-bedroom stand-alone suites on the property with living areas, dining areas, and double soaking tubs.

The property’s most prominent accommodation, however, is its Estate Villa. This free-standing home sits near the winery and includes a private garden, private swimming pool, outdoor lounge space, chef’s kitchen, and so much more.

On-Site Amenities

Calistoga has a vast 150-year history of being a preferred wellness destination for many and the Four Seasons was sure to highlight this unique quality with its on-site amenities. Guests can utilize the property’s spa with eight treatment rooms, indoor steam rooms, outdoor steam and relaxation pads, a mudding bay, 24-hour fitness center, and a heated whirlpool.

The property also includes a nail salon, two restaurants, a wine-tasting room, an outdoor adults pool, an outdoor family pool, firepits, a bocce ball court, and seasonal activities for the kids.

Nearby Attractions

For those who want to explore outside of the resort, Calistoga has long been a favorite because of its variety of attractions.

Much like the rest of Napa Valley, it is a great place for wine tasting. There are more than 50 world-class wineries and vineyards in the city where you’ll find an unforgettable wine-tasting experience at each stop you make. Some favorites include Tamber Bey Vineyards, Clos Pegase, Frank Family Vineyards, Chateau Montelena, and Tank Garage Winery.

In addition to all the wine-tasting experiences, Calistoga has some other unique attractions that set it apart from other destinations in the Napa Valley region. Soak in the thermal hot springs, take a hot air balloon ride over the mountains and vineyards, check out the Calistoga Palisade Trail for great hiking, shop and dine in the city’s beautiful downtown area, and even visit the iconic Old Faithful Geyser just outside of town.
