Disney World Holiday Events

Events and festivities vary by park. Be sure to plan ahead with your vacation to ensure you have the correct park passes purchased so you can hit up all the different holiday events! Here are all the events happening at each of your favorite Disney parks.

Magic Kingdom

It takes place during select nights in November and December, and Disney Vacation Club members get $10 off these event tickets!

Cinderella Castle Projections – Stay at the park after the sun sets to watch the castle transform to be decked out with Christmas-themed projections. These are different than the Beacon of Magic projections shown on the nights of Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party.

Treats and Decor – Walk right down the middle of Main Street to see holly, wreaths, and Christmas trees everywhere you look. And be sure to sample some of the delicious holiday treats including a chai caramel freeze, holiday dinner dog, Texas-sized sweet potato pie, and a Christmas cookie churro.

EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays – This festival begins on November 25. Guests can enjoy numerous themed meals at Holiday Kitchens, a Holiday Cookie stroll, and many other seasonal sights and sounds.

Candlelight Processional – This is another annual favorite where guests can hear the story of Christmas read by a celebrity narrator with an orchestra and choir. The processional takes place every night from November 25 through November 30.

Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Overlay – Your favorite Marvel gang is building a playlist of all your favorite seasonal hits to set the mood as you blast off at Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind.

Minnie’s Holiday Dine at Hollywood & Vine – Make sure you make your reservation for this unique dining experience with hostess Minnie herself! Enjoy a holiday-themed buffet and an exciting menu of seasonal cocktails.

Santa Claus Motorcade – Santa Claus is coming to town…on a motorcycle no less! The Santa Claus Merry Motorcade runs down Hollywood Boulevard with Santa in his red convertible.

For the First Time in Forever: A Frozen Sing-Along Celebration – Bring the kids for a fun seasonal sing-a-long with Olaf the snowman.
