Continues Timeshare Resale Growth in 2015

So far this year, we’ve delivered more than 60,000 confirmed offers to our clients, signaling a 44% increase from the same period last year. What’s more, the value of those confirmed offers has increased by 45%, giving our clients better chances to receive more cash in exchange for their resale or rental. In all, has delivered approxiamately $138 million in total offers to clients in just six months.

What This Growth Means for the Company always strives to provide our advertisers with the best possible timeshare resale experience. Through an increase in marketing efforts, we’ve been able to not only increase the number of visitors to our inventory pages, but we’ve also increased the amount of offers that are delivered to timeshare owners.

“Our goal has always been—and always will be—providing utility to our advertisers. Our emphasis on marketing to attract buyers through our family of websites has produced more than 164,000 buyer and renter inquiries in the last 18 months alone, and the total dollar value of all actual purchase and rental offers submitted to advertisers during the same time period exceeds $326 million.”

The jump in our timeshare rental numbers corresponds to the emerging of timeshare rentals as a preferred vacation solution. President Chad Newbold explains:

“The growth in the rental side of our business is indicative of consumers’ increasing awareness of timeshare rental as a viable and affordable vacation product, which is a particular focus for many of our marketing initiatives. For our advertisers who need to sell, the rental activity on has an added benefit, allowing owners to monetize their interval while they seek a buyer.”
