Carla Nicolay - Director of Human Resources

Carla directs our Human Resources department, managing all aspects of personnel development for the 120 employees of our company. She has over twenty years of experience in human resources, fifteen of which has been at a management level. Before coming to Sell My Timeshare NOW, she was employed by Midway Home Entertainment, a video game software developer and publisher based in San Diego, where she helped grow the company from 65 employees to 350.

Ms. Nicolay was one of the original six employees at High Moon Studios, a video game software development company, also located in San Diego. As the company grew to 300 employees, Carla played a key role in creating the corporate culture and development of the organization. In 2005, her company received a Workplace Excellence Award in the small business category, awarded by the San Diego chapter of the Society for Human Resources Management.

Originally from New England, Nicolay received a Bachelor of Science degree from North Adams State College in western Massachusetts and she holds a Certification in Human Resources from San Diego State University. She is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management, and is married and the mother of two active children, a son, age nine, and a daughter, age seven.
