Leslie is the Vice President of Operations and Finance. She is analytical and strategic in her thinking with experience in many aspects of business operations and planning. When projects in client care, web-based technology, payment processing or advertising need attention, she manages the teams involved. Her abilities in these and other arenas developed from over twenty years of corporate experience in strategic planning, operations, market research and marketing management.
Leslie's extensive credentials include an M.B.A. in Marketing from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor's degree with honors from Carleton College in Minnesota. She joined the team in May of 2006. Formerly, she was an Assistant Director at Measured Progress, an Assistant Director at Educational Testing Service and a strategic planning and a real estate consultant to Princeton University.
Leslie is the proud mother of two daughters, Margot and Amanda. She works closely with her husband Mehrl Martin who is our VP of Marketing.
