Rosanne Luba - Sales Training and T.O. Director

Rosanne has been with Sell My Timeshare NOW since the company's inception. As the first employee of the company, she began her tenure as a sales representative in the company's Florida office in October, 2003, and was promoted to Sales Manager in 2004. She was promoted to Director of Sales following her relocation to the New Hampshire office, a position she held from 2006 to April, 2009.

Sell My Timeshare NOW's explosive growth has led to Rosanne's new role, which allows her to implement her expertise in sales and her extensive knowledge of the timeshare industry across the company's multiple sales offices. Rosanne's primary responsibilities are training, coaching sales professionals, developing sales tools for use by the sales department and strategic planning.

Prior to working with SMTN, Rosanne worked as an advertising sales consultant for a newspaper in her native Australia following a successful 17-year career as a Sales and Marketing tour manager for Holland America cruise line. She has had an extensive career in achieving and exceeding sales targets, public speaking, advertising and marketing, creating and developing marketing materials and developing motivational sales strategies.

Married to Steve Luba, Director of Communications for SMTN, Rosanne immigrated to the US in 2003. When she is not thinking about training and revenue, Rosanne enjoys cooking, knitting blankets, gardening and watching "American Idol".
