Experienced in Product Definition and Design, Project Management, Web Usability and Analytics, Conversion Optimization, SEO, (SEM) /PPC, and Social Media Marketing, Carol holds a Masters Degree in Computer Science from Boston University, a Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering from Ohio State University, and a Pragmatic Marketing Certification.
